1. Payment

The CUSTOMER agrees to pay the rental fee, additional services, missing fuel, and any other costs incurred during the use of the vehicle.

2. Deposit

At the time of vehicle pickup, the CUSTOMER shall leave a deposit according to the valid price list. The deposit serves as a guarantee for possible vehicle damages, traffic and parking fines, missing fuel, and additional costs. GoGo Rent a Car reserves the right to retain or charge part or the full amount of the deposit in case of damages or other costs.

3. Liability for Damage

The CUSTOMER is responsible for all damages to the vehicle during the rental period. If the vehicle cannot be used due to repair, the CUSTOMER is obliged to compensate lost profit according to the daily rental rate.

4. Insurance

The basic rental price includes unlimited mileage (maximum 400 km per day), VAT, TPL insurance, and CDW insurance with deductible between 700 and 1000 EUR.

Optional upgrades: SUPER CDW – reduced deductible, FULL INSURANCE – 0 € deductible.

Insurance does NOT cover damage to tires, rims, undercarriage, interior, lost keys, or incorrect fuel usage.

Insurance is valid only if a police report is issued.

5. Insurance Exclusions

Insurance is not valid if the driver was under the influence of alcohol or drugs, did not have a valid driving license, if the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or if there is no police report.

6. Traffic Fines

All fines (police, Safe City, parking, or other authorities) are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER. An administrative fee may also be charged.

7. Card Authorization

The CUSTOMER provides a valid debit or credit card as a guarantee. By signing the agreement, the CUSTOMER authorizes GoGo Rent a Car to charge the card for damages, missing fuel, fines, administrative costs, and additional services.

Charges may be made even after the rental period ends if costs arise later.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If not possible, the competent court is the Basic Court in Ohrid.

1. Плаќање

КОРИСНИКОТ се обврзува да ги плати надоместокот за наем, дополнителните услуги, недостигот на гориво и сите други трошоци настанати за време на користењето на возилото.

2. Депозит

При преземање на возилото КОРИСНИКОТ остава депозит согласно важечкиот ценовник. Депозитот служи како гаранција за штети на возилото, сообраќајни и паркинг казни, недостиг на гориво и дополнителни трошоци. GoGo Rent a Car има право да задржи дел или целосен износ од депозитот.

3. Одговорност за штета

КОРИСНИКОТ е одговорен за сите штети на возилото за време на ренталниот период. Доколку возилото не може да се користи поради поправка, КОРИСНИКОТ е должен да надомести изгубена добивка.

4. Осигурување

Во основната цена се вклучени неограничени километри (максимум 400 км дневно), ДДВ, TPL осигурување и CDW со учество од 700 до 1000 евра.

Дополнително: SUPER CDW и FULL INSURANCE.

Осигурувањето НЕ покрива гуми, бандажи, подвозје, ентериер, изгубени клучеви и погрешно гориво.

Осигурувањето важи само со полициски записник.

5. Исклучување на осигурување

Осигурувањето не важи ако возачот бил под дејство на алкохол или дроги, немал важечка дозвола, штетата е направена намерно или нема полициски извештај.

6. Сообраќајни казни

Сите казни се на товар на КОРИСНИКОТ. Дополнително може да се наплати административен трошок.

7. Картична авторизација

КОРИСНИКОТ доставува валидна картичка и дава согласност за наплата за штети, гориво, казни и дополнителни услуги.

Наплатата може да се изврши и по завршување на ренталниот период.

8. Решавање на спорови

Споровите се решаваат по мирен пат, а во спротивно надлежен е Основниот суд во Охрид.
